Convenient and charming, nice that there’s an elevator that works. Rooms are very small, but that’s the usual in a historic Parisian hotel. There are many good restaurants in the area. Certainly a good choice for a night or two en route somewhere else.

Good location nice staff close to metro

On the plus side, the staff were very helpful during check-in. The process of storing our luggage on arrival and departure was straightforward, and staff were consistently helpful, efficient, and courteous throughout our stay. We opted for breakfast, which was satisfactory, although the fruit selection was limited, consisting only of oranges and kiwi. While I did not try the eggs or bacon, the pastries and croissants were excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations of a 4-star property. In my view, it was more comparable to a very good 3-star hotel. The main reason for this assessment was that the air conditioning in my fourth-floor room was not functioning. Rather than offering to move me to another room or repairing the issue promptly, the hotel provided a fan and offered complimentary breakfast as compensation. Given that temperatures in Paris were around 30°C both during the day and at night, this was an issue. It was apparent that the hotel's air conditioning system was under considerable strain. I appreciate that the building is older and that the weather conditions were unusually hot, but I would still have expected a more 4-star response. While the staff apologised, supplied a fan, and offered free breakfast, there was no offer to move me to another room, nor any explanation as to why this wasn’t offered. Ultimately, I paid for a 4-star hotel experience but received accommodation that fell below the standard I would reasonably expect.

Had a great experience! All of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful the times we needed to set up transportation. We had a room with a king size bed & private bathroom. Always clean and had fresh towels daily. They respected our belongings. Found it to be a great location. Close to the metro and restaurants but still quite at night. We did not partake in the breakfast.

Great location and hotel. No air conditioning until June so sleeping was very warm. Bery quietbeith closer windows.

L’hôtel est bien placé et proche de tout en métro, autobus et à pied. Le petit déjeuner a été fantastique, le personnel très agréable, surtout les persones du restaurant et les personnes qui faisaient les chambres. Très apprécié la façon d’être en courant de nos besoins. Juste pour améliorer, le système de climatisation devrait être démarré quand les journées sont chaudes. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle expérience.

I did not have the daily breakfast and cannot comment on that. The property as advertise said that there was a shuttle service that was unique to the hotel. There is no unique shuttle service provided by this hotel. All they do is arrange for a taxi to pick you up and you are charged double the rate. This was a bad way to begin a vacation in Paris with a big misunderstanding and feeling ripped off from the beginning going forward, I had a little interaction from staff members and it put tension on my time in that hotel. There is no shuttle service offered, and I will be writing Expedia about this as well.

Nice location near a metro station and taxis pretty cheap too. Rooms pretty small and some tiles and stuff broken also a problem with the wifi so didn’t work

Great place in a perfect location! The staff were incredibly friendly, and I absolutely loved the room—it was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything about the stay felt welcoming and seamless. Highly recommend!

Our overall experience at the hotel was great. The location is very central, close to the Metro, walkable to many attractions, lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptional, went above and beyond to assist us and were extremely helpful. The balcony view from our room was beautiful with plenty of space to enjoy a drink. The room was small for two guests, but we were expecting that and were not bothered as we were out most of the time but unfortunately, the layout of the room was not functional and a bit dangerous. The one step going into the room was not noticeable whatsoever and we fell off the step the first few times upon entering the room. If the bed had not been so close to the entry to break our fall, we would have gotten hurt. Again, the step by the entry door was also close to the washroom door, which caused us to trip when exiting the toilet. There was no step going up to the balcony and it was difficult going in and out of the room without tripping on the door frame. The one cabinet in the bathroom vanity was loose, not mounted on any hinges, and fell every time we bumped into it. We enjoyed our stay and would return if a better laid out room was available next time.
