Great location, easy public transportation access. Love it

Property situated in convenient place for easy transportation and room spacious, but for me this is the only positive. The property itself is dirty! Toilet seat broken. No air con (admittedly I should have checked this). We were told we were placed in a quiet room however woken both mornings by noise which I think was the kitchen or deliveries. Bed light not working. Shower dirty! Carpets filthy! Room not replenished / cleaned, even though 4 of us sharing the room. Coffee machine out of order. Breakfast very basic. Only fruit option on one day was kiwi’s. My daughter has specific dietary requirements which were not met even though I checked this beforehand. For an IHG - it totally undelivered! Wont be recommending to clients or friends. Wont be staying again.

I got a room where shower was raised and towel bar was across the restroom. So i kept falling out of the shower. Secondly the bed had mites, so I kept being continually bitten throughout the night. Unfortunateoy couldn't sleep on any of the nights

Tried to stay during the heat but it was not possible but was over 100 in the room in the 6th floor. There is no AC and no fans to circulate air. The windows did not close all the way and it just allowed the heat to bake the room. The shower did not work and there is no elevator to get to the 6th floor. You have to get off and the 5th and walk up. The shower was broken not allowing us to use it to cool off so I made the decision to book another hotel. I tried to talk to the staff and let them know we could not safely stay in that room with an 80year old and he said there was nothing he could do. We would not get any refund even though we’re not not staying either of the 2 nights. 2 nights/ 2 rooms out $500 but my father’s safety is way more information. They need to update the carpets (so stains and gross). There was food on the walls in the rooms. The shower hose shot water out in 3 places and the windows leaked. Musty smells due to the lack of cleaning.

Very well located, but tired. We booked a standard room via Hotels.com . Problem was that the hotel have " various standard rooms advertised under the same category with photographs showing different rooms. Problem is you do not know which room you are booking. For me it turns out that i was given the smallest room possible with less than half the room area of the standard rooms and difficult access to the bed if there are two of you ...so WARNING - beware of booking a standard room ay this hotel thinking you are going to get one thing when you may be given a room you would never have intended to book!!! The hotel was not able to move me to an alternative room on the first night , told me to come back to reception the next morning and ":staff may be able to move subject to availability but not guaranteed." As we were going on a sightseeing trip it was not practical to go to reception the following morning. Will not be returning to the hotel unless they in future specify clearly what you are booking !!

I had to wait more than half an hour to get to my room because they were not done cleaning at 3 pm. I of course want my room to be clean but this isn’t a house keeping issue. It’s management. Otherwise the hotel room was great.

On arrival we had to go down 3 times for the key card to work. once in the room there was nl towels so another trip back to reception. We got 4 hand towels as there was no other available .Room was ok shower was poor and had silver fish in bathroom Room very basic compared to pictures Staff all lovely including the lovely egyptian gentleman who took us to the train for the airport amazing member of staff going the extra mile 😀

Good location next to a metro station but was quiet inside. I liked that there was a window you could open that looked out into a garden space.

Clean room, nice stuff. Tasty breakfast. Lacks room amenities like Iron and ironing board Otherwise a great stay
