The room was so clean and had everything we needed! We had the breakfast buffet every morning and they also have a water park with slides for the kiddos. They have animal petting and feeding. Many activities for the family! Will definitely book here again next time we stay in Thailand. Thank you!!! And a big thank you to May for keeping our room clean and stocked the entire trip. Appreciate all you do

Staff in restaurant were incredible! The staff member ‘One’ was our favourite.Our entire family are GF and they were so accommodating. One of the slides was closed for the entire stay with no sign of it being repaired. But the other slides were brilliant. Highly recommended with kids.

Only thing good is the water slides. Belle (from restaurant) & Front Desk Annie are the only people I trust. Someone came Friday night to check on WiFi on my laptop ended up scrolling through my private information so I’m now changing passwords. I asked him to leave. I have a pic of him and police refused to help. Property is really big and hard to navigate and even after I informed the staff that I was having a birthday party for my son, they cut off my charging to my PAID room after 5k THB. In my HUNDREDS of hotel stays all over the world I’ve never been cut off at such a low amount. That’s $155USD. That’s one lunch in Las Vegas. Suffice to say, some staff is good, but I did not feel safe there. The typical lovely Thai culture is not exhibited overall

Fantastic amenities and location. Prices are a bit steep for what you get though in my opinion. The TVs are not smart, sound is poor, but overall a great stay. Just beware the $45 water bottle charge if you happen to not see the label on it advising it is 1000 baht - yes, 1000 baht, if you use it. Apart from that, a good trip

Upgrade Period: 1 September 2026 – 15 February 2027

Working Hours: Daily, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM

Peak Season Pause: All work will be fully suspended from 24 December 2026 – 15 January 2027 to ensure guest comfort and peace.

Noise & Visibility Control: High-standard acoustic barriers will isolate the area, minimize noise, and keep the work out of sight.

3 Pools Remain Open: Of our 4 swimming pools, the remaining 3 will continue to operate normally throughout the upgrade.
