Great hotel, centrally located, and overlooking the main square which is always bustling. Would definitely return.

Excellent location! On the plaza, next to restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Everything was walking distance. Super clean room. We loved everything about this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located directly in the Plaza de Armas, so you have incredible views of the historic city, which will include any parades that may take place, depending on the time you’re there. The showers are hot and the water pressure is nice. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and breakfast is free from up until 11 am. I didn’t give 5 stars all around because I booked on Expedia and paid extra for a queen bed or double room and was given two twin beds. This wasn't a big deal, I only wanted to be refunded the $40 I paid extra; instead they promised to move me the next day but that never happened. And when I brought it up again, the solution was to pay for my taxi to the airport, which was maybe 40 soles. Anyway, it didn’t seem worth it to argue but it was mildly annoying. Otherwise a good stay and a convenient place to be, since most tours meet in the Plaza de Armas.

We are so pleased with this hotel Great restaurant overlooking the main square, very professional, helpful, and polite staff at both the restaurant and the hotel I would really highly recommend this hotel.

Can't have a better location than this! The hotel is located right on the main square in front of the cathedral. The restaurant has a balcony that overlooks the square/plaza and provides beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was great, and if you need a break from it all, you can make your way back for a sweet treat or full meal later in the day. All the great points of interest were within walking distance, and the staff was very helpful- definitely would stay here again.

It was a clean hotel and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only criticism is that the room was small and it was noisy being right next to the plaza.

The location was super convenient…right on the Plaza! The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. They arranged airport transportation, held our luggage and even helped us navigate out of the area during a very busy festival. We were very pleased with everything about this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and good breakfast. Bathrooms are very small. Good location but since it’s right off the main plaza, it does gets noisy early morning

Es un hotel frente a la plaza de armas para el Que es sensible al ruido no se lo recomiendo . Pero en general es limpio y su té de coca disponible para 24 horas

Espectacular, pienso que es el mejor hotel en Cusco tanto en ubicación, servicio al cliente y facilidades! Lo recomiendo!!
