The hotel is very close to the train station and restaurants are around the corner. AC was great during summer heat.
We stayed on lower floor, unfortunately , the bathroom had a very very bad smell coming out from the drains.. staff poured chemical and try to help it but it doesn’t work. And we ends up needs to continue to pour water and cover the drain to try to minimize the sewer smell. Tried to request to change room but they were fully booked.

Only stayed at the hotel for the night but was very convenient for the main train station in Milan.
We were able to check in early and the hotel room was very clean and cold, which was amazing considering how hot it was !

Great stay for a night near the train station and conveniently located. Rooms are clean and the staff were super helpful. Best air conditioning for a super hot day in Milan. This is the second time I stay and I’m sure I’ll be back.

There was a bright green light in the room that I couldn't turn off and it prevented me from sleeping well. also the light from the room phone was bright and so I needed to unplug that just to be able to sleep as well.
the shower was strange and the water poured out of the showerstall into the main bathroom and was threatening to flow into the room. a lower drain would help to prevent flooding. I had to set up towels to dam the water flow. otherwise the room was ok.
the quality of the food at breakfast was not very good. it would have been better and cheaper to go to the McDonalds around the corner. the eggs especially were overcooked and rubbery.

The air conditioning worked great close to the station. The room is very black, not a fan. But it was clean and worked for a stop over. Did not have the breakfast. Just had a weird vibe

Fantasztikus Some young girls at the front desk did not seem to understand privacy and discretion. I asked the women at the front desk not to announce my room number loudly as there was a large male sitting in the lobby chair listening to all transactions at the front desk. They must have been there for free internet however, as a solo female traveler, I like to keep my room number private. The girl failed to understand and announced loudly you will be in Room ....despite my request to not announce it. Second of all, the first floor room curtains do not close all the way. The window glass has a dark tint so when you look outside, it seems like the weather is gloomy when it's actually bright outside.

Very close to the train terminal and access to transport. Close dining places as well. It was clean and friendly but a bit noisy from other guests
