Had to upgrade room, wasn’t thoroughly pleased with original room. Ended up with a king suite with jacuzzi, great view.

My experience was not great. My shower was dirty with hair and used Qtips. My towels smelled burned. The staff does not speak to you with kindness. I was not able to find anything to eat after 10pm When I called guest service no answer. Also the deposit amount was surprise to me.

Definitely an older hotel, not much to do inside, but it was convenient, gym was well taken care of and maintained. Certain locations had weird smells, (walking towards the pool was weird) but for the most part, it was quiet and comfortable. We did have to ask for our room to be recleaned because the bathroom floor had dirt and hair but they were accommodating and gave us free buffet vouchers for the inconvenience. New self check in process was confusing could’ve had a little more directions or staff.

We loved our experience but the hotel definitely needed to be cleaned especially in the lobby and the hotel room floors / elevators. Staff was friendly especially house keeping.

The parking was 20 mins away from room in 115 degree weather, couldn’t find front desk and then only a kiosk that took forever, no bellboy, they gave us cart to take luggage up ourselves, sewer smell in yard and parking area, restaurants not open long, no coffee maker or mini fridge in rooms as advertised, long line ups for restaurants and no cafe open 24 hours. Won’t ever stay there again.
