Fantasztikus
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very close maybe a 10 minute walk to the Byward Market and 20 minutes from Parliament hill. The pool was a bit murky in colour and on the smaller side, but either way we had a blast and it was open later than most hotel pools which was nice because we had a long travel day and we were able to grab dinner then have a swim! Their breakfast was good, parking was a bit expensive, also they ran out and we had to find alternative parking which was significantly cheaper/but obviously not as convenient. The only thing to note is the area there is a shelter down the street, so there did seem to be a lot of people using drugs in the area especially at night time.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The AC made the room very cool and comfortable. The included breakfast was good, we had eggs and turkey sausage and cinnamon rolls, there was also coffee, juice and a lot of other options. The location is convenient and close to restaurants. But its also located next to a safe injection site and walking around the area at night felt unsafe. There is security inside the hotel which made us feel better.

Fantasztikus
Great hotel experience and a really nice hot complimentary breakfast. The only downside is that it’s located in a rough area of the city with lots of drug use. Be careful walking at night.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL The cleanliness and maintenance of this hotel were very concerning. The condition of the room raised serious hygiene concerns and made me question the cleaning standards.

Fantasztikus
Great stay, staff was quite helpful,located right in front of the tram station, very near to the airport. Breakfast was also decent with decent variety.
