The staff! All of them! At the front desk, the restaurant and The Churchill! Absolutely incredible team. Felt so welcomed by all. The bed is lush, the pillows amazing! Room a bit smaller than anticipated but for the price was great value. Only downside is the soundproofing and heavy doors slamming when people came in and out of rooms.

We highly recommend four points to anyone who is looking to stay in Auckland city. Expedia made the booking process very easy. First ever time staying here and we received lovely service, staff that was very cooperative with changes, the food was amazing and to top it off we got to enjoy drinks at their breathtaking roof top bar. My partner and I were very happy.

This was a last minute booking and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a corner room which was well laid out and very comfortable. Everything was new and clean and we will definitely plan to stay again.

At last towels as large as the ones at home,a huge plus for me!Sick of wee towels everywhere I go.Had a corner room so a bit larger than standard room and that gave us a wee sitting area with 2 chairs and coffee table plus the standard desk .The room was incredibly quiet .Would stay again.

Perfect 1 night staycation. Hotel feels very new inside, spacious corner room with view over Auckland. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the drink at the rooftop bar and breakfast buffet in the morning

Room/hotel was nice and modern and service was good overall. The buffet breakfast was pretty average though. And we weren’t clearly informed upon booking about the $200 security deposit that would be taken on arrival until departure.
