The 14 bus took us from SMN train station to the camping site directly. Fast check in. Nice bungalow , lots of space for 2 and strong air con. The pools were very nice and usually quiet, although noisy music on Friday and Saturday. Great shop. The food by the bar was poor quality. The on site restaurant was good for pizza but I paid E14 for 3 chicken drumsticks which was crazy. The tiramisu was just cream. There is a better restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

First of all to check in you’ll have to take a number and wait in line in the sun at 37 degrees, then from the reception to the room you have to walk a very long distance, keep in mind I had my kid in her stroller plus our luggage and of course when we asked golf cart to drop us to room there’s none. The big shock was the room or studio call it whatever. One tiny Air condition in unit , so literally checked out after terrible 45 min there, at this point I didn’t care if I’ll get a refund or not , I really just wanted to get the heck out of there, forgot to tell you Mosquitos there like freaking vampires will drain your blood , the bites will turn red then after couple days it will still be aching badly and turn purple. Not worth your money

I absolutely loved staying here and would stay here again! Very clean and vibrant facility. The glamping tent was such a fun place to stay. Some of the best sleep I've ever had while traveling. The staff was friendly, and the convenience of having a market and restaurant on-site was wonderful. Excellent food and service! The bus line runs right out front so it's super easy to get into the touristy section of Florence. The Ridemovi bike share bikes were nearby as well, which made transportation so easy. This place far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Positives - Great set up. Clean, friendly, good price point, good location, good restaurant on site, very helpful reception....calling taxis and storing bags etc. The security guys are very helpful and friendly. Negatives - The shallow canals around the pools are great to relax in but they are very very slippy. Saw about a dozen people slip....us included. The pools are open to the general public to pay in. Fine during the week but not so good at the weekend. It gets incredibly busy at the weekend and very difficult to get a lounger and a parasol. You expect a few lounger issues on a sun holiday but this is crazy. The place is absolutely packed.

Fantastic spot. Room was great with your own bathroom. Clean, tidy, comfortable, safe! Great pool, handy market and laundry, staff were very helpful. Great having bus 14 right out the front (as long as there isnt a strike!) as it takes you.into the centre. Very happy with my stay!

Stay was great! Room was large and the staff was friendly! All the amenities needed at your disposal! Best if traveling with a car but there is close by public transportation and bikes for rent

When I booked it, I didn’t realize it was a campground, so it was a surprise when we arrived. It was a wonderful surprise for my tired children after walking all day in Rome, and enjoyed being able to go swimming. I felt absolutely safe letting my children walk down and play at the playground and wander around. If we could stay longer than one night we totally would. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially for families with children. I will come back if we are ever back in Florence.
