This property was very nice but if you have a lot or heavy luggage, there are no lifts. Otherwise it is a great place.

The room was exactly as described. The location was really close to where our cruise shuttle dropped us off after the end of our cruise. We were able to walk a few blocks and arrive. The shop right next door is a luggage storage location so that was a convenient place to store our things while we waited for the room check in time. The only thing that was unclear was the timing of getting the check in codes since this is a self check in location. So hopefully this will help others, but you get the codes much closer tk the time to access the property than I was prepared for - it finally came around 1pm. It made me very nervous.l that morning since we had no information and because it was the weekend I guess, my messages weren't being responded to. However, the young man in the shop was so kind and helpful. Not only did he store our luggage, but he also helped me understand the process, offered to call the host if there was an issue later in the day with access, and he stayed late at work to make sure we were able to get in. So if you stay at this property, know that the store next door has some awesome people working there that are very willing to help.

Our one night stay was great! Clean and lovely place, well maintained within walking distance to our cruise embarkation point. Communication was clear and helpful.

Upon entering, the garbage can sitting in the entry smelled foul. There was no elevator, so that meant hauling four suitcases up two flights of stairs. The common area and room were very clean and modern, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was especially nice. However, in the night, there was a strange methane-like smell in the bathroom. The bedspread had an obvious stain on it. The location was super convenient to the port and its shuttle bus system. Lots of restaurants were within an easy walk, but even while dining, peddlers would accost you with trinkets that were “free” and then ask for payment. The Ferris wheel was within an easy walk and worth the six euros for the view of the coastline.

We had a great one night stay! The room was comfortable with well-working AC. The granite bathroom and shower were amazing, best shower of my life after 26+ hours of travel! The check-in process was a bit confusing with the codes and the doors as we were told door 1 but it was actually door 4, just a miscommunication so no biggie. Once we got in we were very happy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and also would recommend the restaurant A Casa Mia just down the street for coffee in the morning!

Muy céntrico, amplio, conveniente, viajo con familia y niños de 5 y 9 años y nos quedó perfecto. Muy bonito lugar y muy bien cuidado!! Excelente ubicación para ir al crucero.
