Excellent stay! The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and many of Boston’s historic sites. The amenities were wonderful, especially the complimentary coffee bar and water station. Did someone mention the bed? The bed was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

The Staff was extremely helpful, and the property was clean and convenient to the Hynes Convention Center. Provided parking was a life saver with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

I only stayed one night here and found my room had everything I needed. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a beautiful street.

The photos of the rooms in this "guest house" were very deceiving. I thought we would have a room with bay windows, a fireplace, charming furnishings, as pictured. But, what we got was a generic hotel box with a tiny window and a very tiny bathroom. The name is also deceiving as it wasn't guest house-like at all. It looked like any other bland hotel room in any chain hotel. With no bar, workout room, pool or breakfast, the price of this room was outrageous. At checkout when I spoke to the front desk, they assured me a manager would get back to me because of my disappointment in the accommodations. Was never contacted.

It was a very nice boutique hotel experience. Being located on Newbery street was fun because you had a large selection of good restaurants and shopping at your doorstep. The staff were very nice and friendly

Fantastic stay! Wonderful location, beautiful and comfortable room. The staff were all so nice. In walking distance of “t” and lots of restaurants right on the same street as hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again!
