I booked the room on Expidia.com, I booked cos it comes with free breakfast and Street View, unfortunately no street view and no breakfast, the room was like a basement.

Why pay to use the pool? You charge enough daily. Also the rooms were dirty. The bathroom had caked on mold. The sheets were dirty, ceilings had questionable stains. The elevator was old. Again? Why? You charge enough for this place nightly.

My room was spacious with a very nice bathroom much like what was in photos of Bally’s room accommodations. If you are looking for quiet Bally’s is the place while it is on the boardwalk you are near to the NJ Transit bus and train terminals and of course near the Tanger outlets. You walk outside to the boardwalk , beach ,and amusement pier amenities something for all ages.

Overall, we had a very good stay at Bally's Hotel in Atlantic City. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. There were a couple of areas that could be improved. Our room had a leak coming from one of the walls, which left the floor wet. Unfortunately, we were busy during our stay and forgot to report it before checking out, so we ended up placing towels on the floor to keep our feet dry. I also think the casino could benefit from brighter décor and a little more color to create a more inviting atmosphere. Adding a pleasant signature scent throughout the casino and common areas would also enhance the overall experience. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Not much good to say.. Property is run down. Its in need of a whole overhaul. First room given to us had a leak from the ceiling. Moved us and no remote for tv in new room. Also was a three day stay and was told no housekeeping, just to call front desk if anything was needed. When we tried to call were on hold for 20 minutes each time before we hung up. One good thing to say is the breakfast at the cafe was outstanding.
