Great property. Nice quiet location in lower Manhattan right by Seaport and Wall Street (and subway). Room is basically an apartment (my one BR Gourmet had full kitchen and two full baths). Cool property with lots of great common areas. Great staff. Will stay again.

Nagyszerű The location was great, and the room was good size for New York, and the wi-fi worked great. Just a few small things were annoying but wouldn't affect my decision to stay here again. Some outlet covers were cracked, the shower-head kept sliding down and couldn’t be adjusted to stay up luckily it was a handheld shower-head.

Had a great stay here. Very spacious and unbeatable location. Pier 11 is right across the hotel which makes it convenient to ride the NYC ferry. Will stay here again.

Overall a very good hotel, clean and great location. Was not luxurious- the beds and linens were OK but not great and there was virtually no room to walk around the bed.
Having 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen in a location convenient to transport with free laundry is a great find. The 7th floor patio with a river view was an incredible amenity.
Have to mention the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful.

This was a perfect stay for our family trip. It offered enough space and privacy from while traveling with teenagers. The location was great. Quick walk to Wall St, Battery Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge. It was close to dining and subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed there with two small children, and it was fantastic. The room was very spacious, and the bed with the curtain served as a little fort for them. The building seemed designed as an office building, so the floor was solid (soundproof), and the ceiling was high. A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge was perfect! They also have a huge laundry room and a decent gym. The laundry room has some games, so kids can enjoy that too, and having laundry on site is extremely helpful with children. The shower area was a bit tricky, but as long as your kids can shower, it's all good. Well-thought-out design. In addition to all of that, the staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you so much!
Wall Street is a great location for kids — our kids particularly enjoyed the playground at Battery Park, a nice indoor playground near NYSE, ferries to see the Statue of Liberty, taking one subway stop to visit the Transit Museum, and the tour bus we could hop on from Trinity Church, etc.
Anyway, we highly recommend this hotel 👍

Great location and very convenient, clean, modern room with lots of storage and enough space for 4 to sleep comfortably. We appreciated the kitchen that made our breakfast easy every morning. Nice and free laundry facilities (bring your own detergent).
Why not 5 stars?
- The room only had a built-in desk and one chair. It would be nice to put some round table and 3 more chairs there, especially that there was enough space for it. Having a full kitchen but no place to eat was a bit strange.
- Communication was mixed. They never responded to my messages on Expedia (regarding early check in). I ended up finding the hotel's direct website, registered there, for which I got an SMS from a number to which I was able to text back and get response immediately. As the hotel is listed on Expedia, it would be nice if they responded to standard platform's messaging like other hotels do, without me finding out ways to contact them.
