Good

The hotel is located approx 10 min walk from the Yamanote line. But it is an inclined road so if you have heavy luggages going there or if you're super tired, then the walk might be a little tough. But there is the Sakura tram that you can take to/from the Otsuka station, and the next stop is very close to the hotel. But it ends at around 10:45 PM so if you want to take the tram, make sure to get back before then. The hotel itself was ok. We checked in around 12:30 midnight. There were no staff at the front desk to greet us. But we were able to check in at the self check in machines just fine. The room was quite musky and stuffy. They provide a humidifier, and there is an AC unit in the room so that helps with the muskiness. Be sure to leave the AC unit on low when you leave the room so you don't come back to a musky room. There's a fridge and a microwave in the room so that was nice. There is no house cleaning at the hotel. It is available for 2000Yen. But you can get new towels at the front reception. And you can grab tea, coffee packets, and everything you would need in the lobby. Other than that.. the hotel was just ok. Nothing special. A little expensive for no house cleaning. I would probably find somewhere closer to a station next time with house cleaning for the same or lower price.

The rooms were a bit dated, there was good floor space and under bed storage for luggages. The beds were quite terrible though 2/5. Water pressure on the shower and bidet could've been better. Staff was great help. Lots of laundry machines and dryers for guests to use. Location was great, kombini very close by and less than 10 min to the train stations, and 15 to ikebukuro downtown.

The building was pretty old. They forgot shower curtains and we couldn’t get it until the next day. Staff was nice and helpful

So cozy, clean and comfortable!!!

Restricted entry/ exit times . Limited room amenities/ room cleaning.

Our room was spotless and the staff were so helpful! It was also a perfect size for two people with a small luggage.

Hotel mystays is located in a great area. You have access to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and convenience stores. It's roughly a 7 - 10min walk to the station and there is also a tram that brings you within a 2 min walk of the hotel

Great staff. Clean hotel and rooms.
