The cost of accomodation and meals were excellent. Although the tv didn't work, even though it was a new one, the staff went out of their way to try and get it to work. They gave us another room with a working TV, so very impressed. We would definitely stay again. We loved the decor and the the friendly staff.

We travel a lot and while we have stayed in Albury many times, this was the first time at Manor House and it will definitely not be our last! I was trying hard to find a fault as I reviewed this property and staff but i could not find one. The room was spacious with a nice writing desk, comfortable beds and amenities. We chose to use the dinning room for both the evening meal and breakfast with both being affordable and exceeding our expectations. The food was fantastic as was the old style atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff were welcoming and made you feel valued ( not just a transaction). If i was picky, the shower over the bath was the only negative for us of a more senior age. All in all it is a big 10 out of 10 as we have found our new place to stay when staying in Albury. Affordable, friendly, quiet, secure and Australian family owned and run. What more can i say lol. Paul

The property is dated and in need of a face lift. Spa bath unuseable as it had multiple cracks. Air conditionerneeded maintenance and cleaning Room cupboards and hardware aged. View from King Spa room was brick walls and car park. Restaurant menu was boring, the usual tired offerings, not worth even trying. Reception staff were helpful.

Fantasztikus
Thus property is a great place to stay. Near the Hume Highway for car travellers and near the heart of Albury. The food in the restaurant is wonderful as are the staff. Highly recommend.

Bed was great, but found very high to get into, if small would need a step up. Pool was not very warm and whole area needs a redo. Couch hard to get out of as has sunk due to a bed underneath. Curtain had rip in it, but was very clean. Was thinking of ordering meal from room service ,only one chair,no table, went to club

Another great stay,the staff go the extra mile to ensure you are looked after and the restaraunt always deliver with good food and wine for a fair price. The staff are the ipitany of good service
