Amazing stay.. Enjoyed the atmosphere here. Weather was excellent and the hotel had the bi-folding doors open at the bar. Excellent value for money.

The breakfast spread was great - combination of savoury and sweet options. Room was clean with fantastic light-blocking curtains. Most of the staff were brilliant, helpful and welcoming.

Everything about my stay as a solo traveller was just great. The hotel is not in the hustle and bustle but close to a tram and bus stop to get anywhere. Hotel was spotless, staff were lovely, and the breakfasts I had were great. The room was spotless, and had everything you could need, and great to have aircon.

Very clean rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was very good and hot. Big tv, although it wasn't a smart tv in my room, but was blurry. Wouldn't let me screen mirror fully from my phone to the tv. Breakfast was very good especially the waffle maker if you like them. Was disappointed though with 1 of the 3 rooms as i did orginally book a family room for 3 people. But what i was told by my group of friends. They didn't get a family room as it would of been 2 beds and a sofa bed. So i was disappointed with that.

The hotel is just that little bit out of the way, although compared to other places, the location is good. The room was immaculate although I found the bed a bit less comfortable than my own. Staff were very good all round. Getting a buffet breakfast in the rate was a bonus, and it was okay to good, depending. There was no mention of paying £13.50 per night for the carpark until such time as they asked me for a bundle of money because I was parked there. This should be more upfront. We drew a short straw regarding the sea biew, but the place is excellent. I recommend it, if you don't mind a bit of a walk.

Immaculate room, they need to start monitoring the breakfast area and make sure it stays in the designated area, not pleasant seeing squashed sausages, tomato sauce on seating area by main doors as well as toast teodswn in hand carpet, some guests are disgusting

great hotel, very luxurious really close to the pleasure beach, staff were so nice and helpful. Getting breakfast was also a wee bonus - beach view, perfect really
