Stayed 2 nights and paid a very high price per night and complained multiple times to the staff about the AC not working. First afternoon was moved to another room and same problem. For the price they are charging we expect the room to function properly. After the second complaint and offered another room, no further resolution was offered regarding the room being too hot. Checked out today June 13, 2026 and I see some other recent reviews experiencing the same issues we did. They should be offering some partial refunds.

A special shoutout to Scott for his patience and professionalism during the check-in process. He was welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His hospitality truly stood out and helped create a positive first impression. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing, and I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff throughout my visit. The property provided a pleasant atmosphere that made for an enjoyable stay. My only criticism would be the pricing. While the experience was good, I felt the cost was somewhat high relative to the amenities and overall value offered. That said, I would certainly consider staying here again, especially if the pricing better reflected what was included with the stay. Thank you again to Scott for his excellent customer service and for helping make the visit a positive one.

The rooms are extremely small and the AC was not working properly. When we checked out and mentioned how hot the room was they said it was a known problem and gave us a couple bags of chips and juice. We stoll paid over 400 for a night in a room that was to hot to comfortably sleep in.

The hotel is very well located, the staff are friendly and attentive, everything is clean, breakfast is good, and the parking is right under the building (although the directions they give for how to access it make it sound like it is up a block). The off-putting part is that the rooms are extremely small. There is not even enough space to roll a suitcase into your room, and the ceilings are low. The impression is that the company tried to squeeze as many rooms into the building as it possibly could. Quite frankly it was somewhat claustrophobic. It is also a very busy hotel with only a couple of elevators which means that you wait quite some time everytime you need to take it.

The lovely check in clerk moved our room to be beside the pool since we mentioned how much we like swimming. Great stay! Very clean and staff was helpful

Good location but there's more for yoinger crowd. Subway less than a block. Busy and vibrant area. Hotel itself is okay. Renovation is going on but not interrupting services, I don't think. Restaurant and bar on site. Big supermarket with cooked food by end of the block. Swimming pool and gym on site. Nice hotel

Air condition broke down in the middle of the night and it was not repairable. Instead of changing the rooms . Transfer to another hotel . I didn’t liked it . Very inconvenient

Great stay!!! Just be aware when using the electrical coffee maker in your room, not to use the plastic cup; the machine won't do anything until you place the organic paper cup 😅 I made that mistake by just wanting to reheat some water to pour on my instant mashed potatoes cup I had to eat for a late arrival. I called the reception and they were very helpful and were going to replace it, until they figured what the issue was 😅 They also informed me there's a microwave on the 3rd floor. Thanks
