Incredible location, close to everything. 3 restaurants next to entrance and many more in the area. The only inconvenience is the entrance is on pedestrian only street, so when you call a taxi or Uber, they will meet you across the busy street. Only some taxis break the rule and come to the door, but you never know. This is certainly not a deal breaker.

It’s over 100 degrees Fahrenheit and the air conditioning is not working. Did they warn us in advance? Did they offer to reduce the room rate? Did they offer free water? No, no, no.

Good location near a lot of restaurants and bars. There is a breakfast restaurant but we didn’t try it as there are so many options outside of the hotel. They have a bar but I believe it is only open one night a week which is odd but again there’s so much nearby that it wasn’t a big deal. The gym was fine but got crowded quickly as the space was small. The staff was friendly and everyone would greet us when we walked by. The room was very small but in our experience a lot of European hotels have small rooms so that was to be expected. The most annoying part of the experience is that we had to take one elevator up a few flights and then walk across the hall to another elevator which isn’t a huge deal but a bit of a hassle if you want to run up to the room quick to grab something.

The concierge who was working Friday and Saturday was the most miserable and unhelpful person I have encountered. If you are young and pretty, he is all over you and can’t do enough, but if you are “older” he is not interested in helping. I was disinclined to ask him anything as he was very surely. However, the concierge that was on duty on Sunday was very pleasant and most helpful.
