The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed comfortable but the decorating was clearly done by an amateur! Maybe the hotel inspector needed for the rooms at this price. We didn’t buy breakfast but were given coffee and cereal.

Enjoyed our stay with family, friends and dogs. The hotel were really helpful in accomodating us all for dinner. Food at breakfast and dinner was good with a good choice available and catering for all diets. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and modern considering the age of the property. Nearby Romsey is well worth a visit as of course is the New Forest.

Fantasztikus Staff were absolutely brilliant and welcoming the room was very clean and shower was excellent and condiments very good and finally the breakfast was superb fresh and plenty of i think was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and i have tested lots of hotels breakfasts. Bar staff very friendly and efficient couldn't have asked for a better quality hotel 👌

We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance).
The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare.
The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious. I also appreciated the unlimited hot drinks and water, it’s those small details that make a stay feel special. We'll definitely be back.
