Staff was very helpful and nice. All the property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed a lot the pool and beach area, very calm atmosphere. The location is very convenient, not too far from other busier areas.

The room was clean and shower was mold-free. Staff was friendly and the location was great, it was right in front of a beach and the view from their pool is beautiful, we stayed here for a night before we moved to Phangan island and it was very close to the pier. The street the hotel is on is quite busy so you won't be bored exploring around the hotel while you stay.

The staff were lovely. The property was quite run down and outdated. The water pressure was near non-existent. The beach isn’t really a beach, it’s a pier- so not for swimming.

Gorgeous place, we told staff it was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and gave us a beautiful folded swan towel with fresh flowers. The resort is right next to so many amazing restaurants, 7/11 and a laundromat so we didn’t have to go far for anything. Staff was very nice and the poolside bar is amazing 👌

The suite with a workspace is a remote worker and gamer’s dream! The staff were incredibly polite. thdre is an entire nightlife a step away from your door in one direction, and a pool + beach in the other direction.
Ferry rides are a 3 minute walk away for my Koh Phangan people! Amazing luxurious and convenient stay!

My favourite place to stay in Bangrak, on the beach, great pool, beautiful bungalows/villas, nice and peaceful with the best staff in koh samui.

This is my favorite hotel in Koh Samui. The place is so peaceful, but in an excellent central location close to everything! The staff is truly amazing, especially the front desk, Leah, and the man whose name I forgot, but they were both amazing. The housekeeping ladies are also incredible and so friendly. I just love everything about this hotel and will be back soon! 💜☮️🙏

Amazing quiet property but close to everything! This hotel has outstanding customer service! Leah was so wonderful and takes such perfect care of guests needs! She is so friendly! I loved my stay so much, I returned two days later! This place is a gem and I highly recommend to everyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
