The hotel was clean, and the rooms were well maintained. While the property itself was pleasant, its location is primarily convenient for visitors to Disneyland, with limited nearby attractions, dining, or shopping options. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the pool. Unfortunately, we were not aware at the time of booking that pool access required an additional fee. As a family of four, these extra charges significantly increased the overall cost of our stay. We were also disappointed by the shuttle service. The shuttle stops operating at 10:00 PM, which meant we were unable to use it for transportation from the airport. Additionally, I accidentally left my wallet in the room after checkout. When I contacted the hotel to inquire about it, I was informed that it had not been found. While I understand that lost items cannot always be recovered, the situation was frustrating and left a negative impression. Overall, the hotel offers clean accommodations and is a reasonable choice for guests visiting Disneyland, but the unexpected fees, limited shuttle availability, and unresolved lost-item issue impacted our experience.

The location was excellent- very close to Disney parks and good transport to/from hotel. The hotel is a little tired and needs a refresh. Room was large. The AC struggled to cool the room. The buffet was just ok, but appreciated the online wait time. Paying for access to the pool is ridiculous and it was very expensive. I’d probably opt for another hotel should I come back.

I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful even before we arrived. The concierge looked into restaurants in the area that could accommodate my child’s nut allergy. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are a good size even with three twin beds. The toilet is like something from outer space. Sushi restaurant was also excellent and could accommodate the allergy easily. Chef even came out to talk to us about it. Bus to Disney super convenient. Convenience store staff were great. I could go on. I would love to be back.

This hotel was the perfect hotel to stay in. It was close to Disney and not far from the other cities to explore. My room was very clean and the hotel itself is beautiful!

The room was good, clean and big enough for 3 people. Staff were very helpful and helped plan trips using trains and what lines to transfer at and planed it all out on paper for me to follow. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options even for fussy kids. Location is amazing, right near disney, right near the bus and train stations and I kid you not we could look out our window and see them all but never herd a sound. Only slight issue was the pool, very hard to find and I was given the incorrect time to use it twice, so we never ended up using it.

Wonderful hotel. Room was clean, well appointed, great shower, housekeeping excellent. Breakfast offered Japanese and western food so you can try a bit of other items. There was convenience store near restaurant that was handy. The pool was lovely and cool on these hot days I still don’t think guests should have to pay to use it. This hotel was 5min walk from monorail and 35-40 to Tokyo station. We would you them again
