I had an excellent stay and can't say enough about the level of customer service I received. From the moment an unexpected issue came up with my room, the staff handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free, and their willingness to find a solution truly exceeded my expectations. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and made me feel like a valued guest. It's rare to find a team that takes such pride in making things right, and it really made a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire staff for turning what could have been a disappointing situation into such a positive experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

The hotel was conveniently located near Universal Studios and Hollywood Boulevard, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Wonderful staff but the hotel is located in a sketchy part of town. For the price, there were better options.

Everything was very clean took us only maybe 10 minutes to walk to universal the only complaint I had would be the pool, but everything else was excellent

Within walking distance to Universal Studios is a huge bonus. Older place going through renovations.

Check in time is so poorly structured. I had one clerk tell me that if I called at 7:30 it might be possible to check in at 9 Then when I came physically to the counter, they told me that wasn’t possible and that I had to wait until one. The only reason I’m not leaving a one star is because they have the courtesy of giving you two cocktail tickets and the bartender is actually pretty good. Also the distance to Universal and other restaurants in the area was useful. However, $300 for one night it really felt like it would’ve been better spent staying at a hilton or the motel that I saw down the road. Also, parking is not included and it was not mentioned when I booked the hotel. Pictured: I killed two spiders that crawled out of the bathroom floor Also to mention the plumbing was subpar I could not flush the toilet Truly, the only good experience about staying here is the location, the bartender, and one slick back haired clerk that microwaved our food. But if you want to have a subpar experience going to Universal Studios on a 3 pm check in (4:30 pm park arrival) And then feel rushed at 11 AM check out time For $300 a night be my guest.
