We loved our room - Junior Suite with Balcony - spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large enough but working the shower was difficult and getting in and out of the bath/shower was tricky. We wish it had been a separate shower for safety. Breakfast was very good as well. The location is handy for Kings Rd and Saatchi Gallery. The 360 bus stop at the door was also very handy for our trip to a show at the Royal Albert Hall. Overall we could not have been happier and hope to return again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Chelsea, near Sloane Square. Staff was attentive, professional and kind. I love the Italian roots and the gorgeous decoration. Quiet, calm and close to amazing restaurants.

This is a lovely property in the heart of Chelsea. Very tastefully appointed throughout. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Everything was as it should be.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, quiet, and private. The front desk managers were welcoming and helpful. The location is set to pick up bus, tube close by, and many attractions within a 20 minute walk. Great stay and highly recommend.
