Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress felt as though it was mostly springs with no cushioning, and I could feel them pressing into my back throughout the night. It made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep and was disappointing.

Great location! Great staff! Great clean pretty rooms with extremely comfy mattress, pillow and bedding!!!!! Harry is awesome in the office!!!!! We will always stay here when visiting Carmel!!

Sadly between the parking spaces that were more than tight to the drain pipe protruding out into a parking spaces, the facility was sadly in need of repair and refresh. The mattress were beyond worn out. You’d have to work not to fall out of the collapsing sides. The fan over head held a lovely rhythmic click at every speed. The used dirty Q-tip was outside out entrance on the sidewalk the whole time. It was never picked up. We did something I’ve never ever done in any stay in Carmel which was go to the front desk to tell them the next door room was having a domestic dispute. I would have used the phone in the room but it didn’t work!!!!
The location to town is super. It’s very sad that they don’t take care of the anything!!
I would not recommend this place for anyone. I am happy that my family has a great sense of humor.
There have been many changes of places closing down or being sold off to be renovated to high end hotel like the Carmel Lodge.
Don’t stay here it’s not worth the cost and the owners obviously don’t care about service or quality.

Nagyszerű The room wasn’t very poor condition missing wood from cabinetry doors in cabinets that don’t shut. Carpet has stains all over it. The chair by the desk area has material completely missing from the entire chair. The location of the property is great. The room needs updated extremely urgently not clean. We didn’t even wanna walk on the carpet we had to wear our socks. Needs a lot of work.

Firstly, I'd like to applaud management for accommodating me. I accidentally booked two days earlier than needed and they honored my booking for the real dates.. Albeit I paid more for the Friday but it was worth it. The room was great, quiet and clean. The down side was the bed (for us) hard as a floor (but doable for 2 nights). Also, I look forward to coffee in the am and there was a coffee machine in the room but no creamer... The rather loud fridge could have had some creamer which would have been a lovely touch. The cleaning service came and did a lovely job, I wasn't expecting it for a two day stay... nice bonus.

First the good stuff. The staff were friendly and everything was clean. The parking was easy and the location very nice. Those are the major things to me however, the room was tiny and furniture huge. I left with a huge bruise on my thigh hitting it on the bed post. The floors were torn up causing me to stumble a bit. The pool was torn up and the outside area run down and dated.

Central location.Good proximity to shops and restaurants. Inadequate parking and Tight parking spaces, had to park off site. The motel is in need of renovation and maintenance. Will not stay here again.
