First hotel I’ve ever stayed at where I felt like I was the most important guest there I would imagine that’s how everyone feels based on the amenities. The helpfulness of the staff is truly the best of the best.

Pool area was beautiful. Our best cocktail experience was at Séptimo, and the DJ was amazing. Really appreciated an early check in as well.

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Miami was absolutely exceptional. Every member of the team from the concierge and front desk staff to room service, dining, and pool staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay. The level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail was truly remarkable. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that every aspect of our experience was seamless and enjoyable. It's rare to find a team so consistently dedicated to guest satisfaction, and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I'm incredibly grateful for the care and effort they put into making our stay so memorable. I look forward to returning and highly recommend.
