Room, kitchen, bathroom, family room was clean. Only issue was the sink and shower faucet was very stiff and hard to adjust. Quiet and the balcony was wonderful. Convenient location.

The hotel is a very nice. However, they take $55 resort fee and some spas didn't work and firepit outside didn't work. And we had a horrible bed.It was impossible to sleep; it was very squeaky.

Room was clean and nice, but it was SO HOT. The tiny mobile AC unit was only in the living room, which means no ac at all in the bedroom. And the ac unit BARELY cooled anything down. If you kept it running for more than an hour it would overheat and start producing hot air! Other than that there was just ceiling fans that moved the hot air around. Also, no one told me that there was going to be a literal MARATHON running through the courtyard directly outside my window during my visit. I was woken up at 7am by music blaring and people yelling. it lasted for hours.

Such a beautiful place. Room very spacious and clean. Amenities were plenfy. Very calm and quite. We will keep coming back.

Great stay for a wedding. The staff was incredible - upgraded our room to a suite for no additional fee which was awesome & had an ample amount of space. Only thing to note is that they didn’t have central cooling in the room, which makes sense for a lodge-type resort, but they did have an external a/c unit in the living room area. It is connected to the wall, so it’s not portable/ couldn’t move into the bedroom. Not a huge deal, but something to note for anyone looking at the king suite / kitchenette rooms!

We were there the first day of the off season so it was very quiet in the village but necessary shops and a few restaurants were still open. We enjoyed it - very peaceful. Enjoyed the hot tub in our building in the evening. Would recommend to anyone interested in visiting Tahoe.
