The place was nice. I just like my carpet vacuumed better. I do feel the hotel needs to invest in a better vacuum. Breakfast was great. Everyone tried their best.

This is my 3rd time there I like this venue a great deal. However, I had a real problem using the new TV streaming service where you need to logon with Google password and the front desk were not interested in helping. I liked the breakfast offerring but thought that the quality of sausage was downgraded and the bacon over cooked ?

It was a very pleasant stay,clean hotel,clean hotel room,breakfast was yummy,pool and whirlpool was very enjoyable ,staff was friendly

The hotel was easy to find and right off the exit. The property was secluded and peaceful, yet close to everything you may need. We drove to activities we did, but you could walk across to the park area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space if you take a dog with you, and hotel was very clean - no odors, given all the pets that were there! Our only complaint would be breakfast could be better - not sure if they changed things up, but we've stayed at Hampton Inn in many states over the years and seems the breakfast has become poorer in quality.

Hampton Inn gave my room away by 6:30pm even though check in starts at 4pm and ends at midnight. I was paying for my stay upon arrival. Confirmation for over 2 months. Expedia still asking how my check in and experience at stay was. Left me stranded on holiday weekend with kids in car.

Tour room looked renovated, spacious and very clean. The staff was welcoming; the breakfast was very decent. The lobby, dining area, the pool, as well as the gym were well-kept. The added touch was the fire pit setting and grills in the back. Very cozy and quiet, and within short distance of all the fun and the outlets
