The hotel was very gracious and allowed us to check in several hours prior to check in time. This was obviously very kind and appreciated. It’s a Nice property and in a great location…room was clean, and reasonably decorated, furniture was pretty well used. The pillows were not what I would have expected, and quite frankly some of the worst I have had in many years of travelling. The staff was nice…but the housekeeping team were very inconsistent, over the course of our 5 night stay. All in all pretty much the hat we expected and would stay here again if visiting Prague.

Really liked the location and our room was upgraded which was also very nice. Housekeeping did not observe the do not disturb sign several times in our 3 night stay. I would recommend putting the lock on the inside of the door to prevent their entry while you are still in the room.

Lacked charm. The lady at the reception was cold, the location was on a large, busy street (although close to tourist attractions), and the room was bland. To be fair, the bellman in the morning was charming, the garden in the back was pretty, and the rooms were huge. Just expect more from a luxury hotel - starting with reception.

Room was clean. Staff were very accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Well located with easy walking to major attractions in Prague.

Fabulous hotel room was amazing very comfortable bed luxurious bathroom and plenty storage space couldn’t have asked for more. Staff were very friendly and efficient check in and check out were smooth and quick. Special thanks to Tomas one of the many concierges who made every effort to engage with us and give us advice and he has such enthusiasm when he talks of his home city so thanks for your help. One of the great assets of the hotel is location location location. This was my second visit and I would have no problem returning on my next trip to Prague.
