The overall service was perfect.Live entertainment whilst having dinner. Smiling staff and acomodating .

Great hotel. Enjoyed the pool and the relaxing bar area. Delicious Indian restaurant down the road. Super close to the airport - efficient check out early in the morning and a 3 minute walk to the terminal. Only downside was the lack of included wifi in the room - wifi was only free in the lobby or payment required for room wifi.

Close to the airport with free shuttle service, perfect for early flight departures. Bus stop outside of hotel that goes to the markets and town. Only downside from giving it a full 5 star was the extremely slow service in getting food from the restaurant

We have often stayed here over the years. It was good to see it's still busy and the pools are clean. Most of the hospitality staff were lovely as always . And the solo guitar player/singer was really good... But, the room was not in good shape. Shower was dirty and only cold water. The room smelt like curry .. It was next to the kitchen and across from cleaning room so it was very noisy ..couldn't open the window for fresh air and the curtains didn't close properly so the bright light was shining in the room The rooms are not sound proof to outside so amongst drunk people , kids shouting and multiple luggage being wheeled past the room .. by 1130 am I couldn't cope anymore and asked to move I was able to move to the room above and it was better. ... No one helped me move and no apology .. It's an expensive place to stay so it's quite disappointing to be honest

Very basic hotel, food was generally poor standard, drinks were warm and took too long to get a drink.

Terrible experience this trip. If you want a drink, sit at the bar or just have beer or wine. There was one girl, it wasn't busy and our ONE drink took 30minutes. I had to check after 20 and they still took 10 more minutes. I had the Singapore Sling and wouldn't recommend it. It just tasted like a fruit drink. The second try (moana colada) was more of the same waiting game. Same amount of time went by. When I got up to check on it, after 30 minutes , she didn't even acknowledge the order was placed!? I had to tell the 2nd girl that was present what we ordered and paid for. The original girl just ignored me and the fact. Then we had dinner. We placed our order, 20 minutes went by and another waitress came by asking us if we were ready to order!? Total of 4hrs to have 2 drinks and dinner. By this time I just wanted to relax before our flight out the next morning. A bit of zoning in front of the TV to take my mind off things. That didn't go well either! we couldn't get the TV to work and had to call the staff to figure it out. To top things off, the air conditioner had a mind of it's own and kept shutting off. I gave up and left it off. To say I was frustrated would put it mildly. In saying this, we normally we have a nice stay there. And we will stay again. I'll just sit at the bar, and charge it to the room in case the drinks don't show up. Oh, the morning coffee was very nice. Except for the bar staff, the people are beautiful, and the location is great.
