Very expensive--more than I wanted to pay but I was in a hurry to book something. I got what I paid for: excellent rooms, friendly and efficient staff (all of whom spoke at least some English), great breakfast. The location is also really good, right on a subway line and next to TCAT, where you can get a bus to either Haneda or Narita airports for about $8. There are a number of restaurants in the neighborhood, and both a 7-11 and Family Mart across the street; these are a great source for beer, wine, Japanese Whiskey, and all kinds of snacks and prepared meals.

Very close to the bus terminal where the airport shuttle dropped us off. A quiet area but also near downtown, Nihombashi, and Asakusa. Little far away from Shibuya/Shunjuku. Enough restaurants in the area to keep us fed.

One of my favorite hotels in Tokyo. Never disappointed me in here. Very clean, quiet, decent hotel. Handsome line is under the hotel is plus.

We enjoyed eating in the downstairs informal restaurant and especially the one to one tempura restaurant..very special. Also, enjoyed afternoon wine/beer and appetizers in the Lounge with a fantastic view of Tokyo Tower. Appreciated being next door to the TCAP and easy access to the metro.

A wonderful hotel that offers a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is quiet yet extremely convenient, with direct access to the subway and airport shuttle services. The rooms are exceptionally spacious by Japanese standards, with generous closet space and drawers. I booked a Deluxe Room with Executive Lounge access, which was a lovely addition to the overall experience. The staff are warm and welcoming, and porter service is available to assist with luggage. There are only two areas that could be improved. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but we could clearly hear babies crying from other rooms at night. I also believe the Executive Lounge should maintain a quieter, more exclusive atmosphere, particularly during breakfast. Guests often choose and pay extra for lounge access specifically to avoid the noise and crowds of the main dining areas, and allowing babies and very young children somewhat defeats that purpose. Despite these points, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.

The hotel is excellent. Staff are very nice and hotel is clean. Subway station is attached to hotel so getting around is very helpful. Rooms are small but not unusual for Asian hotel. Hotel is located in nice area. Highly recommend this hotel.

Le déjeuner est excellent et les chambres sont belles et confortables. J'étais sur un étage exécutif avec mon fils de 11 ans. J'ai trouvé dommage qu'il n'avait pas accès au lounge après 17h car le lounge est fantastique. Des petites bouchées route la journée etble soir on nous du vin, du saké et même du champagne.
