The hotel was everything I imagined. Anna at the front desk was amazing as was as all the staff but Anna went above and beyond to assist us! My son’s girlfriend lost her iPhone and she was very helpful in guiding us when we found it thru find a phone She made excellent recommendations for dinner as well. Location was fabulous as well! Lovely room in a historic building, very clean, yet modern amenities, gorgeous bathroom and heated towel rack.. only complain is the shower leaked out of the side and flooded the bathroom floor. Rooftop bar overlooking the arno was a highlight, as well as the breakfast. One of the best included hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Perfect location as well. Loved it overall and would definitely return.
