Fantastic hotel. Afternoon tea is the highlight. Have stayed here more than once and it has been great across all visits. Location is good. Service is great too.

Superb service! At check in ,the staff accompanied us up to our room and personally showed us the room's facilities and made sure that we are satisfied with our room.They offered me a good deal to their Deluxe Harbor view room which is like the size of a luxury apartment in prime location of Hong Kong Extremely nice indoor pool and hot tub.Tried Gaddi's and Spring Moon restaurants and the food and service was fabulous. 6 stars hotel all around

Highly recommend. This stay was like a slice of heaven. The rooms are so comfortable and the staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The pool and gym facilities are excellent, and the sun deck is a nice addition.

Awesome location!!! you can actually walk around to food, shopping, and many museum. So close to the Harbour walk. Huge shout out to the concierge team. They were fabulous in recommending places to eat and help me take a personal matter with patience. Thank you! Buffet breakfast decent. It has varieties.
