Lovely hotel, though we were in a room next to the lift which was surprisingly noisy. Our bathroom (which turned out to be a shower room) was beautifully fitted but unreasonably small. The terrace was fine but overhyped as it is confined with multitudes of tourists streaming past which felt far from luxurious. Considering how overwhelmingly busy the location is, a roof terrace would be preferable. The staff were wonderful and the concierge, Dario, was marvellous.

Warm welcome at a fantastic location making it very easy to love Florence! Room was beautiful and well equipped with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya. The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations. Perfect stay, thank you.

The Savoy is the quintessential hotel in Florence! Impeccable service, every detail, any possible need, is anticipated and met. The restaurant and bar are beautifully appointed and the food is sumptuous. I would not stay anywhere else!

Absolutely fantastic stay, staff were excellent - very accommodating and really went the extra mile to make our stay as special as possible. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable/clean. Excellent hotel bar and outdoor dining space on the square - perfect for people watching. Breakfast one of the best we've had! Stayed previous night at the Four Seasons and have to say that - pool and tranquil setting aside - The Savoy surpassed in every other quantifiable way! Location is brilliant too and hotel is well insulated from the noise.
