We stayed here for 7 nights. It is the perfect, literally perfect, location if you want to explore Hoi An outside of a car.
The first couple days we went on foot, and then we started borrowing the bicycles. That was a game changer. Two adults cycling, with two children stuck on the back of the bikes, and they loved the bikes more than we did.
On a bicycle, everything is accessible in minutes. We no longer used a Grab except to get to the Shore Club (their beachside partner).
The breakfasts are great. Their morning omelettes are phenomenal. The service is top notch and makes a huge difference. We love their staff. Every one of them is so accommodating.
The kids club that was advertised is non-existent (well, it's there, but it's under perpetual repair, and I wouldn't actually call it a kids club). There is a kid's pool, which is attached to the main pool. The main pool is awesome and is fully shaded from 3:00 p.m. onward.
The spa on site is nice. I wouldn't say it's top notch, but it is nice. We had two massages here.... You get a 25% discount as a hotel guest. The gym is tired, but it's functional. We used it everyday.
The stand out: the staff, the location, happy hour from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., the free bicycle use, and the breakfast.
Actually, we used their laundry service twice and were impressed both times. I would add laundry to the standout list :-)
