Big hotel with too much people checking in and out specially tour buses

Most staff was curt. 1 man was friendly. The hotel had no A.C it ceiling. The room was stuffy. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Decent beds and pillows. Great refrigerator. The air conditioner never worked. The shower was bad. Very small and VERY slick. Almost fell several times. Kinda loud and very very busy. Big hotel.

Breakfast was okay. The menu is the same every day. I was surprised to find out that you have to pay to use the hotel pool—it costs CZK 229 per person per hour.

Weird smell in the room. One coffee machine at breakfast between the hundreds of people in the hotel is ridiculous. €10 per use of the gym is not a service that the hotel includes. It's a separate company, ripping off hotel customers.

Someone entered our room even when we placed the “do not disturb” sign on the door. Also restaurant was full and we weren’t able to have dinner o have any service at all
