The breakfast was good and adequate selection. The room was clean and I had a good rest. My only issue was that I was charged when I asked for ice in the room for a pain in my neck due to an accident I had on my third day there and had muscle spasm. They gave me a bucket when I needed only a few to put in a plastic bag to make into an ice pack. The hotel should have an ice pack as first aid kit.

The only word necessary is excellent. Hotel excellent,staff excellent.room excellent Facilities excellent.breakfast buffet excellent. This hotel will be my first choice on my next visit to Bangkok. I highly recommend it.

We loved the overall customer service of the staff. Food was delicious from the Buffet, The housekeeping lady was really friendly and provided us with great service when we requested the room to be cleaned and it was stocked daily.

About an hour from intl airport. We arrived at airport 2am. They were ready for us. Quick and easy check-in in our rooms very quickly.

I got late night and they said they have a 24 hours room service , when I called for dinner they said their kitchen was closed , I went out looking for a 7 eleven and peatonal bridge was u see construction , I had to cross the highway with my two kids, finally I asked in the front desk where I can find a red wine and they sent me to the bar , when I got the bar they said it was closed ( isn’t the front desk supposed to have the right info? ) to end this story , room had cockroaches that the same employee who was helping with luggage killed them, at 3 :30 am I was fighting with cockroaches, sad experience for a 5 start hotel and expensive night
