Fantasztikus

This was a family friendly hotel. The location was amazing for access to the park and the Universal City Walk lots to do. The hotel felt non personal, as we were there mainly for the park we checked in and that was about the extent of our interaction with the staff there. So it was more take care of yourself check in and out experience for us so the hotel didn't stand out in our mind other than great location and nice facilities. The room was adequate for a family of four for just two nights but we would not stay longer.

Very nice courteous and helpful staff. If you can, take the breakfast option, it’s more of a brunch buffet and full meal. Hotel is literally next to metro station for easy access and front doorstep to universal studios Japan. Free WiFi and complimentary gifts Amazing experience

We traveled as a family of five and stayed in one room, which had two sets of bunk beds and one single bed. The setup worked perfectly for our family, and we were very comfortable during our stay. We chose to add breakfast when we booked, and in my opinion, it was absolutely worth it. The food, convenience, and value made our mornings much easier, especially while traveling with kids. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Even with a language barrier. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to other families traveling together.

We stayed for two nights our first leg of our trip to Japan. The staff was so helpful when my daughter threw up all over me on the train after we had already checked out! We came back to the hotel, they gave us our room back and made sure we had what we needed. Our little girls loved the pjs and slippers. We were a family of 6 and stayed in a room with 4 futons and we were comfortable. Only “bad thing” was that the laundry service was $50.

Featuring the 31st-floor S-PARK Spa with a sauna, jet bath and hot-spring baths with city views (admission fees not included with stay), Hotel Keihan Universal Tower is 300 metres from Universal Studios Japan. Free Wi-Fi is available at the entire property. Hotel Keihan Universal Tower has a variety of room types available for couples, families, and groups. All come with a 37-inch flat-screen TV. The attached bathroom includes a bath. Bath amenities including a toothbrush set, hairdryer and slippers are provided. The hotel offers a massage service. Currency exchange and luggage storage are available at the 24-hour reception. Top of Universal served in buffet style for dinner, overlooking the Osaka skyline from the 32nd floor. The hotel is a 70-minute ride from Kansai Airport by express Limousine Bus. Itami Airport is a 45-minute express bus ride. JR Osaka Train Station is a 15-minute train ride away. Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.5 for a two-person trip.
