3 of us stayed for 3 nights. Good value for money in a good location. Very handy to great cafes and restaurants. We were also lucky to see otters in the wild not too far from the hotel. Staff were friendly. The pool was fantastic, clean and well maintained and we used it every day. There were fresh swimming towels provided by the pool. Our room was very quiet, we did not hear any noise from outside or in the hallway. Our beds were comfortable. They allowed us a late check out for a small cost as we had a late departing flight, this was super helpful. Only downfalls was that our room only had enough towels, cups etc for 2 people, also Every day our key cards stopped working which meant a trip back to reception to reset at least once a day which was irritating.

Friendly staff they provide me an early check in. The room was smaller than i expected and the tv didn't worked. The maintenance team took 90 minutes to arrive

Hotel needs to be renovated - rooms are very humid - to the point bed sheets were damp - they did provide a dehumidifier on request.

The reception staff was OK but the housekeeping staff were nice and friendly. I like the loft layout of the room, giving the bed a lot of privacy away from the door. But if I had to choose best thing about the hotel, it would be the location. Minutes away on foot from so many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc., overlooking the river. Fantastic.

Bathroom and WC space is very tight. No bottled water or filtered water provided. No face towel or hand towel provided as well. Not considered run down but definitely an aging property. Check in was a mess with only 1 staff on duty when I arrived at 9pm+. She was dealing with a big group of Filipino guests and there was no one to help her. Other guests whom have done their online check in were kept waiting as she complete the check in for the large group. Overall experience was very mediocre.
