Biggest problem was the shower. It keeps changing temperature while you take a shower regarding of the setting. It can get too hot and it burns you. Then if yiu put it a bit towardss cold it turns cold. Impossible to set it right. First day the AC wasn’t working well but they did fix it the same day. Probably a setting issue. The other problem is that they have a few steps to get from lobby to elevator and no ramp. If you have a heavy suitcase hopeffuly there is a man there to help you out.

A cute hotel in a good location in the city. Room was beautiful and spacious. Also very clean. The staff were helpful and breakfast was delicious

Very good location and breakfast

This property is in need of a lot of attention. It does not deserve the expedia rating it shows. The bathroom sink was detached from the base cabinet and rocked about while using it. The carpet was stained. The paint in the room was scratched everywhere. The baseboards haven't been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom drains smelled of sewer. The one good thing was the bed. It was very comfortable. The maid service was good. The breakfast was decent but hot items were not hot. I would not stay here again even though the location is convenient. They did let us have an extra hour for check out at no charge.

Excellent breakfast. Old building, nicely renovated and decorated. Luxurious setting, at a reasonable price. The bathroom plumbing needs upgrading. We had to change rooms because the shower was broken. The water temperature was unstable.

The location was OK, but the hotel is showing its age.

A really lovely hotel and with a great restaurant. Breakfast was very nice and the rooms were perfect. Would stay here again. Very central to the old town within walking distance.

I very thoroughly enjoyed this Hotel. When I return to Bucharest, I will definitely stay here again. Everybody that worked there, and even people who don’t work there, were very nice, helpful, and fun to be around. The Hotel was kept in tip top condition and the food was amazing! This Hotel was great in so many ways!
