The hotel had very clean rooms and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient with good options.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient to public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating to allow early checkin. Only unpleasant thing was the strong odor from the toilet. We did not spend a lot of time in the room and sprayed air freshener so we just tolerated it. The staff was very apologetic when we made them aware of it.

Location is perfect if you are visiting and going to the museums, aquarium, planetarium, etc. also have a wonderful restaurant downstairs that had delicious Chinese cuisine.

I booked a room with two queen size beds. When we arrived, the valet parking was full and had to find outside parking. When I checked in, they told me that they were overbooked and transferred me to a room with a king size bed. I had a party of three. We all had to share the bed. The room was small. We had very uncomfortable stay.

Fantasztikus
Clean room, sticky carpet though.. They have a hot tub and I stayed on a corner building which had the BEST views I’ve had at a hotel. Awesome location, definitely hope to come back

The room was nice. When you get in the elevator, it is important to use room key card to press the button for the floor. If you need to do laundry, $3 dollars worth of quarters for a load per each machine. You also need to purchase laundry detergent at the front desk or at a store. Great views of Lake Michigan. It was a pleasant stay. We would recommend to stay here.

The elevator made this horrendous noise in the middle of the night. I thought there were pterodactyls screeching in the hallway. I called the help desk, there was nothing they could do. The room was not cleaned or restocked the entire time I stayed.

Wonderful experience over all. Front desk was very helpful and gave outstanding service. The house keeping staff were very friendly and informative as well. I would definitely return.

Olivia at the front desk was amazing! She reminded professional and empathetic to my situation of arriving earlier than what I was suppose to. I was able to get an early check in and rest before my event. There was another young man whose name I forgot, but while I was about to leave for my event, I had a dress malfunction. Since I was alone, I had no one to to assist. Before I walked out to my uber, he helped me successfully! The only thing I wasn’t too pleased with was the way the air/heat is controlled in the room. It’s no balance and the vent is extremely loud. I also think it’s time for new carpet, the carpet in the hallways on my floor were an old and had a little smell. Other than that, I wouldn’t mind booking here again!
