The hotel was located exactly where we wanted to be - walking distance to just about everything on our to-visit list including Quincy Market, Freedom Trail starting point, Northside Italian district, etc. we did take an Uber to the harbor but easily walked back to the hotel. The room was very comfy with 2 queen beds and spacious for 2 people. The refrigerator was of no use as it was loaded with drinks you had to pay for meaning we couldn’t keep water or sodas in the fridge. There was an espresso coffee maker but you’re out of luck if you want just a simple cup of coffee . There were very limited drawers to unpack luggage but the closet was nice with many hangers for pants and shirts. The room was nicely decorated and clean and the bathroom with a single sink was very good with excellent lighting on each side of the mirror. Our biggest gripe was the poor water pressure from the shower. It took forever to shampoo your hair. Overall, a very nice hotel and pleasant staff.

The hotel is very clean, new, and nicely upgraded, with a good restaurant on-site. Overall, the property feels modern and well maintained. However, the beds are quite firm, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I asked the front desk if they had better pillows available, but unfortunately they did not. A nicer pillow option would make the stay much more comfortable.

The only odd thing was the hole in the bathroom glass wall, the water spilled out onto the floor. Otherwise the room was really nice and a good size. We were very comfortable. The staff was great, they helped us get our room earlier (we had a red eye that was rough, and were exhausted). It gave us some time to rest before the evening events. :) The breakfast was alright, a little pricey, but we expected to spend a lot on this trip so it is what it is. Overall, it was a great stay.

Our room had issues with the air conditioner during our stay. It was consistently around 80 degrees. The only accommodation was to give us a fan to help.

The hotel is in a good location, is clean and staff is professional. The beds weren’t that comfortable, no hooks at all anywhere in the bathroom to hang a towel or toiletries bag. There is only 2 drawers to put away clothes. The lighting in the room was not good either. A small lamp one side table and 1 standing lamp. Coffee maker was good but very loud. We’re a family of 4 so all of this made it not as comfortable. It might be fine for 2 people.

Spacious, clean room. Lovely staff. Excellent location.
