O Hotel tinha uma limpeza impecável. Todo o staff foi sempre solicito e sempre respondeu às nossas perguntas/necessidades. O pequeno almoço foi bastante bom e suficiente para qualquer hospede. O ar condicionado funcionou sempre ao gosto de cada pessoa do quarto. Recomendarei sempre este hotel até porque é muito central e acessível a qualquer local da cidade

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el staff super amable, sin embargo la habitación no estaba completamente limpia, el piso estaba sucio, las instalaciones son viejas, el sistema para abrir la puerta es una llave con un llavero gigante, que no es fácil de guardar, el espejo del closet estaba roto y pegado con tape, el aire acondicionado no se puede bajar de 19 grados, y la verdad la habitación estaba caliente en la madrugada. La alfombra del pasillo está manchada y sucia, es muy vieja y no olía bien. Los dos días que estuvimos hospedándonos en la habitación de al lado estaban unas personas hablando todo el día hasta tarde y se escuchaba absolutamente todo en nuestra habitación. La caja de seguridad se quedó atascada porque decía que no tenía batería, tuvimos que llamar a recepción y nos ayudaron, pero luego nos dio miedo usarla no sea que se quedarán nuestros documentos atrapados. Lástima que estando tan bien ubicado aún no hayan hecho una remodelación por lo menos de las habitaciones. Aunque está súper bien ubicado, dudo que repita la estadía o que lo pueda recomendar

Quiet, clean and comfortable room right in the heart of things. Staff were pleasant, breakfast was excellent. Metro just steps away. I was happily surprised because the price was reasonable for that location so I assumed it wouldn’t be very nice. But it was.

This is a great hotel in a great area. This is NOT a good location if you have a car. Parking is at least 15 minutes away, which means you have to carry your luggage there. Other than that, it is great. If you want to be close to everything byvfoit, this is a great hotel.

Walking distance to the cathedral and the palace. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory. Not a four star experience, but perfect for the budget traveler. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

The hotel room was extremely clean and nice. Room service was great. The staff was amazing, super cordial and helpful. The hotel has a great location, however it is quiet. Totally recommended.

Családdal maradtunk

Staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived early and they had 1 of our 3 rooms available without any extra cost. That room was remodel and looked great, the other 2 rooms were not recently remodel but where big and in great condition. The Hotel was just a short walk from La Gran Vía and the Palacio Real. We easily walk central Madrid from it. Free water and coffee was available near the lobby. Front lobby staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
