This is the worst hotel you could possibly stay at in New York. The pictures are a lie. This hotel is not as beautiful as they picture it online. Please do not stay here. It was so nasty. The hotel is dirty, old and it is not worth the price.

Egyedüli tartózkodás

My room (493) has exposed wires on the floor. And the carpet was dirty and had to wear my shoes instead being able to be bare foot.

Családdal maradtunk

The lobby was beautiful. The elevator, room corridor, and rooms were in need of remodeling. Damaged carpet, damaged walls, elevators not working, ice machines not working, room furniture needed update, mattress old and lumpy, toilet fixtures dripped, shower delaminating; remodel needed.

The lobby is fine but the rooms were dingy and the caulking around the tubs had pink mold. The windows have not been cleaned in a long time. Our entire 4 days consisted of room temp showers.

Családdal maradtunk

I would not recommend this property. The facilities are poorly maintained, and the front desk staff are neither polite nor welcoming. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
