This hotel is amazing! Incredible room, amazing swimming pool and spa area, great restaurant, and right next to a subway stop within one minute. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and a special shout out to Kenichi who went above and beyond to help me with transportation, activities, and other questions that I had. Really an awesome hotel and perhaps the greatest city on earth, Tokyo.

Staff at front desk were amazing! Kind and helpful. However, the actual room had many marks in the wall snd ceiling. The room was run down and desperately needed and update. Also, do not book this hotel if you would like to access the pool/public baths and have tattoos. They are unwavering with their policy and will not let you. Really wanted to like this place but not worth the price.
