The room was very clean. And the staff were very friendly!

Room was very clean. My daughters bed did not have a fitted sheet over the mattress but did have a sheet Room was comfortable and large. Fridge was handy. Staff were fantatsic, very helpful, very friendly. Kept our luggage for us and booked a taxi. Would definitely stay there again!

Staff at Nouvel Hotel were friendly and helpful! Location close to different metro lines and a 10min walk to centre bell. Also have indoor parking as an option. Room and bathroom was a good size as well. Shower wand was a bit wonky and sprayed water out of the connection part but still usable.

Gym dysfunctional. 1 cable machine (not working) few dumbbells. - Unusable. To be improved.

Thanks

For the value, this room was great! We only stayed one night, but booked a corner room for the same price which was slightly bigger than the normal size and the room was HUGE! Would be a great option for a multiple night stay especially having the big couch that transforms into a bed and pricing was very fair. We also had free parking in the garage on-site from booking via Expedia which was very helpful (although the parking garage itself was a bit ehhh). There was also a mini-fridge and microwave in the room and we were easily able to cast our streaming service into the TV. Check-in experience was also very fast and easy and there are many food options nearby that are easy walkable distance. Would stay here again!

Easy check-in. Staff was nice and pleasant, room was clean. Very easy to get to from the highway. I had to sign that we were not taking a steering wheel lock for the parking garage, which is a first, but I have heard Montreal has high rates of car theft. We had no issues during our stay and felt safe.

Overall nice stay. The pool is super small.
