Me hospedé por 5 días . Pero mis últimos 3 días no avía ni agua para bañarme ni lavar mis manos ni para el toilet. En 3 días no pudieron arreglar el problema. Necesite de ir a otro hotel para poderme bañar. 😡

Családdal maradtunk

El desayuno incluido estaba rico pero no estaba delicioso. En ese hotel hay un elevador pero no sirve muy bien, tiene problemas. El estacionamiento esta muy chico y es parte de una pequeña plaza commercial con tiendas. El cuarto que reserve tenia un balcon grande que me gusto. Tambien, cerca a pie hay varios restaurantes donde comer.

A great mid-tier hotel with friendly staff. This was our first time in Cancún and we're glad we stayed here. The location was ideal for getting around, and Anayi especially made us feel welcomed. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Staff was incredibly helpful. The room was well-kept and clean when we came in. Breakfast was delicious in the morning and the staff provided helpful connections to explore Cancun.

The man at the front desk, who also took our breakfast order is a real sweetheart! So helpful and accommodating. The beds are comfortable. If going to Kabah Park is on your to do list, and it should be, then this is the hotel to go to. Basic hotel, at an excellent price. Money well spent.

Very nice, clean hotel. The lift doesn’t always come but thankfully it did on the days we moved luggage. Breakfast was simple but very nice, made to order. It’s away from beach and downtown so be prepared to get taxis (uber or local). Otherwise very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful.
