Photos posted of the location is deceiving. Staff was unhelpful when asked clarification of room charging prices. Room smelled like mildew. Stained bedsheets and dirty towels (had hair strands in it).

I feel at home whenever I stay at the Sure stay Coquitlam hotel. Rooms are very nice & clean, the staff are very friendly & courteous, and location is excellent....a bus stop to Braid Skytrain station is in front of the hotel. Ill be staying here extra month for a rock concert. I highly recommend staying here, it is quite affordable as well.

Very disappointed. Extremely dirty and unsanitary. Rude staff. Almost didn’t stay. Had my baby with me and was afraid of bed bugs. Hair everywhere. Stains on sheets. Red stains in bathroom. Awful smell in room. The whole building is run down and not well maintained. Way too expensive for what it was. Will never stay there again.

Room was clean upon check-in. However, housekeeping needs improvement - staff gives priority to new arrivals over the needs of current occupants. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was good.

This hotel needs some upgrades. There was no hot water during our stay. The air quality seemed poor, and smells. The hallway carpets look original. Great breakfast room, great space for a large group. Pool too small to enjoy. Needs more staff. Location was decent. Overall not impressed and paid way too much.

Hostile staff, dirty rooms, smelly hallways. I came to match their address at the BBB and they are not even listed. Avoid at all cost.
