The stay was below average. The woman who checked us in was nice but the room was way less than what I expected. It was clean but the bathroom light was pretty much broken as well as the shower door was also broken, the ac barely worked (it was really hot so I understand a little bit) but it was miserable to sleep in the heat of the room, the room itself was not in good condition and it was so much smaller than the pictures. We found a roach as well. On top of that I would not recommend this hotel for people that have kids. We went for 4th of July and the next day at check out as we were packing our car we had two explosive fireworks thrown at us while we had our 11 month old in our arms, while minding our own business. They were loud enough and I was yelling and nobody did or said anything. I should’ve just called the cops.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful! Unfortunately you could tell that the hotel is going through a lot of renovations.

This was probably the worst hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. The front desk receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She didn't provide us with wifi access information and details about the amenities. When we got to our room, we tried to access wifi, and the message indicated we weren't guests. I tried to call the front desk, but the line was dead. I went down to the front desk where the receptionist scoffed at me, took my phone and bypassed the room details with an access code (which she had forgotten to write on our room key folder). The complimentary "breakfast" was a joke - waffles, white bread for toast, and two sugary cereals. There were unwashed apples and a small, but empty, refrigerator. The pool area had broken glass on the patio and a broken water fountain. There were limited amenities in the room's bathroom - a very small soap bar, no place to put shampoo or soap in the shower, and no hair dryer. The shower was old, and the handle was very finicky; it was either very hot or very cold. The TV remote was taped and getting a TV guide was a guessing game. Finally, when we went to checkout in the morning, there was no one at the front desk. A passing staff member said they didn't come in until 9 a.m., so we should write on the paper when we left and put our room key in a basket. There was absolutely no security. Anyone could have taken the room keys or the food items on sale. As we left, another guest regaled us with worse tales. It was a dump.

Hotel had zero power, poop in pool and I could not stay…No AC, No lights, no fridge, nothing and still did not get my refund. A total dump

Room was nasty, didn’t have enough towels, the shower was nasty and the hot water didn’t work. Will NOT recommend this location.

It was a nice stay for a quick stop. The door to the bathroom doesn’t fully close. The shower would leak at random times, the bathrooms in the lobby don’t have locks. The sheets were dirty but The staff were nice and helpful though.

The TV wasn't working. The phone didn't work. A bathroom was dirty. They came and changed the sheets every other day. Just wasn't a pleasant state and I believe I should get some type of a refund

If you’re going for a short day, this place is OK be aware no AC in the hallways or at the front desk just in the room but other than that the day was OK for our short weekend
