Room was large and spacious, no sink in the room, kitchen on the floor, was not mentioned but was useful.

The place was clean and cute and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was way too warm for my taste—I had to open the window to let the cool air in and use my neck fan so sleeping was difficult. It’s also a little noisy when folks get up to use the WC at night because of the acoustics. Also, the keys were not in the box when I arrived after traveling for 20 hours but once I called, they fixed that right away and apologized. It’s a good room for the price but next time I’ll pay double for the ease of check in, the ability to control the air, my own bathroom, and the quiet. It’s perfect for budget conscious travelers—safe and clean. :)

Accessibility to facility was not that easy but once we got the code to get on, room was clean and comfortable there was no staff on the premises.

Jó No mention on hotels .com that it’s a converted flat. 2 bathrooms are not enough for the number of guests that can stay. One shower was either far too hot or clap cold, the other only did cold. The heating was in full with no way of turning it down. Thus had to have the window open on a sketchy homemade bracket. But you could shut the curtains as the net curtain was on the same pole. And if you closed the shutter the window may as well not be open. No information was ever sent in regards to entering the building and the address on hotels.com has you on the other side of the road. Not that there are any signs or anything outside to locate it by.
That being said, the rooms were clean and well presented and the beds were comfy

Derek the manager was great in making sure we had internet connection, cold water readily available, and aromatherapy with candles at night. Thank you!

The property manager was very helpful and friendly, and shared lots of information with us. We had a great stay in Edinburgh!

More could have been done by the property owners before our arrival to clarify how to get in to the property as it doesn’t have a reception desk - we didn’t receive any correspondence before arrival in relation to this, and only managed to gain access to the property as someone else was leaving
