Nice and new hotel. Very friendly staff

We loved our little staycation! We had the superior room with the most beautiful view of Melbourne city. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Newly built, inside room and bathroom has modern design. We upgraded to balcony, which had awesome views of the building but they should include furniture/chairs to lounge. Quieter side of the CBD area. Trams are within walking distance.

Helpful staff, clean room and great location

Location is good as there is a tram stop at the front of the hotel. Room size is small but it is quite clean.

Great Location and hotel was clean but i base this only on the fact that it is a relatively new hotel, judging by the way it is managed i think that will deteriorate over time. No dressing gowns, not even a disposable shower cap. Breakfast was not a good experience, 30 minute wait for them to fill the bacon tray 20 minutes for eggs. Everytime a food warmer was empty it was at least a 15 minute wait for it to be filled. Bread was all gone except for crumbs and not replaced the whole hour we were there. There were only two staff and one chef on. People waiting to be seated for way too long when there were lots tables sitting empty but covered in dirty dishes. Pancakes and waffles were disgusting (made from cheap grainy add water chemical infused mix I'm guessing). Rooms being made up is supposed to be part of the service. We put sign on at 8am and at 3pm it hadn’t been touched and had to make a phone call just to get someone to do it, then when we returned at 9.30pm it had been done but room was left with one towel between 4 people. Another phone call and they bought them up. Apparently they ran out of clean towels and im guessing couldn't be bothered to drop clean ones off when they had them without us having to ask. We would not stay here again. Lots of other similar priced hotels with better breakfast that are capable of providing a better service.

Grest location,staff very freindly. Buffet breakfast had a good large choice of food. Only 1 negative toilet and shower are a bit tight for space and functionality

Staff was lovely, hotel was clean but there was no toothpast or moisturiser in bathroom.
